How to use
Hot compress:
Warm up in the microwave for 30 seconds and apply the compress. If it’s not hot enough, put it back in the microwave and heaten it for 30 seconds at the time until it is the desired temperature.
Cold compress: Conserve in the freezer, preferably in a plastic bag, and apply the compress.
Cleaning: Remove the colored cover and close the velcro. Clean in the washing machine in cold water. Do not bleach. Only wash the cover, the whole compress cannot be washed.
Note
Heating time can vary because of the compress’s size.
Do not use without adult supervision.
Always verify the compress’s temperature before using.
Do not put in water.
