SHIPPING POLICY

TEMPORARY MEASURES & SIGNATURE OPTION Due to current fuel price instability, a temporary shipping policy is in effect: Free shipping in Quebec is offered on orders of $300 or more (before taxes and rebates), while a flat fee of $12.50 applies to orders under $300.

Please be advised that signature upon delivery is available only if explicitly requested in the "Comments" section during checkout. Les Soins Corporels l’Herbier shall not be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage (including sensitivity to heat or cold) once the carrier has delivered the package. If the signature option is not requested, we decline all liability for the package following its drop-off. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for products damaged by temperature during transit.

ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS

This promotion applies only to regular delivery zones within Quebec covered by Canada Post. For remote areas, shipping costs will be calculated automatically based on current Canada Post rates.

Oversized Products: 20 L or 5 kg formats are excluded from the free shipping offer. A $20 surcharge will be added for each unit of this size.

Outside Quebec and International: Shipping costs for orders outside the province or international destinations are variable and calculated at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING TERMS

• Business Days: Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).
• Choice of Carrier: Les Soins Corporels l’Herbier reserves the right to use the carrier of its choice. If you require a specific carrier, please indicate this in the comments (additional fees may apply).
• Processing Times: Estimated delivery times do not include order processing (allow 1 to 2 business days).
• Modifications: No order can be modified once it has been confirmed.

While we process orders promptly, delivery times may vary during peak periods (Holidays, Black Friday, etc.).

• Tracking: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is processed. Please check your spam folder.
• Import Fees: International orders may incur customs duties and additional delays; these costs are not the responsibility of Les Soins Corporels l’Herbier.
• Rate Changes: Shipping fees are subject to change without notice. Some customers may not be eligible for free shipping—please confirm with our customer service team if necessary.
